On this novelty, Sebastián Serra explained that "This incorporation of Compliance & Transparency as a specific area, occurs in the current national and international framework of greater diffusion and application of standards and norms that favor transparency and rectitude in relations between individuals. and the State, which in our country has been definitively established with the entry into force, as of March 1st, of Law N ° 27.401, better known as the Law of Corporate Criminal Liability ".
